This church is located in Higginsport OH, which is undergoing a community revitalization thanks to the OH Appalachian Community Grant. This church is turn key, complete with everything needed to establish a new church. Along with the sanctuary, there are 3 additional classrooms and his/her restrooms. It is handicap accessible and includes an additional outbuilding used as classrooms. Newer high efficiency propane furnace with heat pump and upgraded electric.
